All the orders that we ship are carefully packed so that the product retains its quality and reaches you in good shape. We make sure your order is sealed and discreet.
Please note our couture collection is very fluffy and extravagant and sometimes structured. They can’t be folded like normal dresses. They need to be packed as it is.
Though we have made our sizes of packing in a way that the outfit fits cut to cut with the required squeezing to avoid extra shipping cost. Hence, accordingly they are packed in different boxes ranging from 2 kg to 30 kg (volumetric weight depending on their design, flair, fullness and structures.
For Gowns and dresses which is fluffy and flary the actual outfit weight is less but it fits in big boxes as per their size to avoid any damage to outfit and is charged according to volumetric weight of the box.
The shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the price of purchase and volumetric weight of packaging as defined by our partners
Please note that the date of dispatch depends on the products you order and design. All our outfits are made to order as they being couture garments. The product page displays exactly how many days will it take to make and dispatch that product.
Please note estimated shipping and delivery days are clearly mentioned separately under each outfit details (Product description) which should be kept in mind before placing orders.
