We stand by our product 100%, no questions asked. If you have a problem we will solve it. Just reach out to our Customer Happiness team. In Case of any parcel to be send for alteration or changes purpose in customer made dress, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on used products. www.yosainstyle.com is not responsible for damage after the product has been used.

WHAT CAN I RETURN?

Only items agreed by Yosainstyle in case of wrong product delivery, damage, or size issue can be returned and exchanged with the same product

Accessories, Customized styles, Customized measurement products and items from Sale / Deal of the week are not returnable. We do not offer return on any item which is sold on promotions

If certain style is NOT eligible, it is mentioned on the product page details.

HOW DO I RETURN?

  1. Submit a return request yosainstyle@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 8826572789 to help you with.
  2. Please don’t forget to mention order number and the reason to return
  3. You will receive an email from our team within 24 hours.
  4. You are responsible for the shipping cost back to us.
  5. Domestic and International orders will receive instructions on where to ship their return.
  6. Please send us the tracking number of the returned item. Please note we cannot accept your Return or Exchange Request without the tracking number.
  7. Once we receive your order back to us, please allow 5 business days for our team to process it.
  8. You will receive an email with your store credit code to be used only at yosainstyle.com
  9. You can use your store credit code at checkout on your next order.
  10. Store credit valid only for six months from the date of issue.
  11. Please be advise shipping cost is Non- Refundable.

CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.

Please be careful of any marks on the item. A 25% restocking fee may apply based on the condition of the item returned.

Please send us the tracking number of the returned item. Please note we cannot accept your Return or Exchange Request without the tracking number.

We charge 15% as compulsory restocking fees on all returns and exchanges.

We do not offer price adjustments.

Shipping charges are not included in the store credit amount.

CAN I RETURN PRODUCTS PURCHASED DURING SALE?

Products purchased during or on Sale, Promotion will be eligible for returns or refunds only if there are any manufacturing defects. Accessories, Customized styles and items from Deal of the week are not returnable.

WHO PAY FOR SHIPPING?

When the Items returned due to change of mind or sizing issues (definitive sizing information is posted on the site) required you to pay for dispatch and return item(s) to us, with an additional charge(s) of 15% of price paid finally by customer for per product as a restocking fee(s).

We do not offer reverse pick- up.

We don’t reimburse shipping.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

We will gladly Exchange or give Store Credit. Sorry no Refunds.

CANCEL THE ORDER?

Oh no! Cancellations make us sad. However, to make it easy for you we allow early cancellations.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and if it hasn’t been dispatched already and amount can be given as a store credit

Email us on yosainstyle@gmail.com with the Order number and Email address. Order Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of the order placement. Please share feedback/reason of why you want to cancel the order.
